Two new machines ordered
Over the past years our Turining and Milling capacity has been growing non stop, so to support our needs and meet the current demand we have ordered two new machines from Mazak a VCS530C machining centre with full probing and inspection system as well as a Nexus 250MY with tailstock, y-axis, driven tooling and capacity to machine parts upto 1.5mtrs long, 300mm Dia Chuck and 80mm Bar capacity!

Mazak VTC 30 C Machining Centre
This month has been a very busy time for us, to improve our existing plant and keep up with current demand we have installed a Mazak Mill for machining components up to 2 metres long. As well as being intergrated into our CAD/CAM system we have in cycle probing and a tool magazine holding 48 tools.

Mazak SQT 200 MSY
We have recently comissioned our 6-axis Turning centre, fully automated with Milling, Subspindle, Y-axis, Barfeed and Chuck. We now have the ability to manufacture the most complex Turned and Milled parts all on the lathe whilst reducing operations without compromise to quality.

CAD CAM Software Up and Running
We have recently installed a state of the art CAD/CAM package which is helping us develop our current workbase as well as giving us the capablity to program the most complex work in a short amount of time.

XYZ Proturn Lathe
This month we have installed our second Proturn lathe to double or turning capacity on larger size parts, up to 600mm Dia!

Format 15
To increase our CNC Grinding department we have added another Jones and Shipman Format 15 to our plant for extra capacity on internal and external Grinding.

The Hawk has been added to or CNC Milling plant for second operation work and small batch production.

To increase our capablities we have just installed our SQT18MS for Turning, Milling components upto 75mm Dia from bar and 12" Dia from billets.

Takisawa TC-30 Added
We have just commissioned a Takisawa TC-30 to add to our turning facility. This machine has been brought in to machine billets up to 10" diameter and bars upto 80mm diameter.

Hydrafeed Bar feeder installed
This month we have purchased and installed a new Hydrafeed Bar feeder to our Mazak. This gives us more capacity and makes us very competitive manufacturing components from bars up to 51mm dia.

Just installed our CMM 3 Axis coordinate measuring machine which gives us the ablity to measure very small limits.
