CNC Turning

Our Turning department is a growing aspect of our company we now have 3 CNC Mazak's both 2 axis, 3 axis and 4 axis machines for bar work upto 80mm Dia as well as a Puma for small bar work and chucking upto 205mm Dia we also have a Takasawi for barfed parts upto 80mm dia and chucking work upto 250mm Dia. We also have several Colchester manual lathes capable of machining up to 700mm Dia and 1 metre long, and 4 Emi mec automatic capstans for bar work up to 51mm dia.
