CNC Turning

We have recently invested in the state on the art CNC Turning centres and our Turning capacity now consists of two SQT10MS one for chucking work and one for bar work up to 46mm Dia. We have also just commissioned a SQT18MS for bar components of up to 75mm Dia, all these machines have Turning and Milling capability to reduce operations in each job we do making ourselves more competitive.

Our Turning department is a growing aspect of our company we now have 6 CNC Mazak's both 2 axis, 3 axis and 4 axis machines for bar work up to 80mm Dia a we also have a Takasawi for barfed parts upto 80mm dia and chucking work upto 250mm Dia. We also have several Colchester manual lathes capable of machining up to 700mm Dia and 1 metre long.
