Multigrind Services use the latest CAD/CAM technology to ensure accuracy for customers designs. Our highly skilled engineers are able to ensure all components are manufactured to exact specification. Using CAD/CAM allows fast, accurate and cost effective manufacturing for clients across the UK.
Service Overview
We are a well-established Manufacturing business and always invest in the latest machine tool and cutting technology, giving us the ability to offer our customers a “one stop shop" service using our wide range of plant, skills and expertise.

Project Management
Critical to our Operational activities and our BS EN ISO9001:2015 compliance is our Datatrack ERP System.
Supplied and fully supported by Prospec Systems Ltd, Datatrack enables full traceability as a standard practice – from quotation stage right through to despatch of goods. Producing Quotations, Works Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes/Invoices along with Certificates of Conformity – in addition to a range of critical Production Management and Quality Management reports.
Furthermore, our Datatrack system also has the ability to provide a fully functional sequential scheduling tool, helping to ensure we manufacture our customer’s products in the most efficient way possible and ultimately ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery target dates.

At Multigrind Services Ltd, we recognise and proactively address the criticality to our levels of customer service by ensuring our machines and ancillary equipment operates reliably and is producing consistently accurate products efficiently.
With this in mind, we maintain close links with our Machine tool suppliers and associated partners to ensure our plant is regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. In addition, we have implemented a regular in-house machine preventive maintenance program (TPM) which is managed and monitored within the requirements of our BS EN ISO9001:2015 focussed Quality Management system.
