CNC Milling

Our CNC Milling department is equally diverse as the other departments within our business giving us the ability to take on a wide range of work.

Surface Grinding

We can grind flat surfaces up to 300mm x 650mm, the smaller machines are fitted with Optidress for form work.

CAD/CAM

Along with Mazak Mazatrol and J&S Easy machine controls we use OneCNC offline CAD/CAM software We can . access STEP, IGES, Parasolid, SAT, VDA-FS, Solidworks, Rhino, DWG and DXFfile formats.

Centreless Grinding

Centreless Grinding since the 1970’s. We have several Cincinnati and Ghiringhelli grinders and can boast to regularly grinding components to tolerances around 2 to 5 microns.
