Nylon Bushes
All bushes are made from durable Natural Nylon 66* and are ideal for anything that needs to pivot or rotate. Bushes made from Nylon have a low friction rate and are self-lubricating.

Project Management
Critical to our Operational activities and our BS EN ISO9001:2015 compliance is our Datatrack ERP System.
Supplied and fully supported by Prospec Systems Ltd, Datatrack enables full traceability as a standard practice – from quotation stage right through to despatch of goods. Producing Quotations, Works Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes/Invoices along with Certificates of Conformity – in addition to a range of critical Production Management and Quality Management reports.
Furthermore, our Datatrack system also has the ability to provide a fully functional sequential scheduling tool, helping to ensure we manufacture our customer’s products in the most efficient way possible and ultimately ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery target dates.

In addition, we have implemented a regular in-house machine preventive maintenance program (TPM) which is managed and monitored within the requirements of our BS EN ISO9001:2015 focussed Quality Management system.
