Established over a number of years, Multigrind Services Ltd has developed very successful professional relationships with a wide range of other businesses both locally and nationally which provide us with a vast range of services from raw material supply, sub contract heat treatment, surface finishing / plating, welding, non-destructive & destructive testing to name a few.
We believe these established relationships allow us to successfully offer our customers a “one-stop” fully project managed service where we can take full control of the complete manufacture of products, particularly when there are such specialised material and process requirements.
Key to the success of this service is our dedicated Supply Chain Management team which works very closely with our in-house Production team and manages our material purchasing and sub contract activities.
This successful partnership begins with involvement at the initial quotation stage where we gain reliable pricing and lead-times from our suppliers thus ensuring we can provide our customers with realistic & competitive costs and turnaround times for product manufacture – right through to purchase order placement and ensuring adherence by our supply chain partners to their quoted lead-times through a collaborative, managed approach.
Service Overview
We are a well-established Manufacturing business and always invest in the latest machine tool and cutting technology, giving us the ability to offer our customers a “one stop shop" service using our wide range of plant, skills and expertise.

Project Management
Critical to our Operational activities and our BS EN ISO9001:2015 compliance is our Datatrack ERP System.
Supplied and fully supported by Prospec Systems Ltd, Datatrack enables full traceability as a standard practice – from quotation stage right through to despatch of goods. Producing Quotations, Works Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes/Invoices along with Certificates of Conformity – in addition to a range of critical Production Management and Quality Management reports.
Furthermore, our Datatrack system also has the ability to provide a fully functional sequential scheduling tool, helping to ensure we manufacture our customer’s products in the most efficient way possible and ultimately ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery target dates.

With this in mind, we maintain close links with our Machine tool suppliers and associated partners to ensure our plant is regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. In addition, we have implemented a regular in-house machine preventive maintenance program (TPM) which is managed and monitored within the requirements of our BS EN ISO9001:2015 focussed Quality Management system.
