Multigrind Services can provide CNC Turned parts throughout the United Kingdom and across the world. We have state of the art CNC turning machines with a fully equipped workshop enabling us to manufacture the highest quality turned parts by carrying multiple operations on components within one cell as many of our machines are equipped with full milling capabilities and second spindles. The “DONE IN ONE” method improves repeatability, quality and efficiency making us very competitive.
We are a well established company and always invest in the latest machine tool technology and cutting technology giving us the ability to offer our customers a “one stop shop". We offer precision turned parts from 1mm Diameter to 500mm Diameter and up to lengths of 1500mm long.

Project Management
Critical to our Operational activities and our EN9100 (AS9100 equivalent) compliance is our Datatrack ERP System.
Supplied and fully supported by Prospec Systems Ltd, Datatrack enables full traceability as a standard practice – from quotation stage right through to despatch of goods. Producing Quotations, Works Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes/Invoices along with Certificates of Conformity – in addition to a range of critical Production Management and Quality Management reports.
Furthermore, our Datatrack system also has the ability to provide a fully functional sequential scheduling tool, helping to ensure we manufacture our customer’s products in the most efficient way possible and ultimately ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery target dates.

With this in mind, we maintain close links with our Machine tool suppliers and associated partners to ensure our plant is regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. In addition, we have implemented a regular in-house machine preventive maintenance program (TPM) which is managed and monitored within the requirements of our EN9100 (AS9100 equivalent) focussed Quality Management system.
